Where We Ship We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Processing & Handling Time Orders of fewer than 10 fixtures are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For larger orders, please contact us for an estimated lead time.

Carriers We ship via UPS, Intelcom, and other carriers depending on your location and order size.

Fragile Items All of our fixtures are carefully packaged and marked as fragile to ensure they arrive safely. While we take every precaution, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
