Refund policy

Returns

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To process a claim, we require:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 15 days may not be eligible for replacement.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Because many of our pieces are crafted to order, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order fixtures
  • Items that have been installed or altered in any way (including cord modifications)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Samples

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different piece, you are welcome to return your original item and place a new order.


Starting a Return

To begin a return request, please email support@hmdesigned.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
